System Certification

Certification Process

1. Certification Inquiry / Proposal

You could consult with a professional counselor about the certification process or method regarding a certification evaluation.

2. Survey / Application

Based on the application form, accurate information on the customer will be gathered, and a quotation will be created. Then appropriate auditors will be assigned based on the information.

3. Quotation / Proposal / Contract

Based on the application form, we will prepare and deliver a quotation and contract.
Upon receipt of the contract signed by the customer, the review process will begin.

4. Establishment of an Evaluation Plan

An audit schedule will be decided in consultation with the customer.
Upon the customer's request, a preliminary evaluation is performed, and you may have an opportunity to supplement the system through a preliminary evaluation before the certification audit.

5. Stage 1 Audit [Document Evaluation]

The first stage of evaluation performed at the initial audit is to confirm the suitability of the organization's management system. If serious issues are discovered during the evaluation, the schedule for the second stage evaluation may be changed.

6. Stage 2 Evaluation [Site Audit]

The second stage audit is to verify that the certification for which the organization has applied for and the management system of the organization meets all requirements. If nonconformities are found, a certificate can be issued after appropriate corrective actions are taken.

7. Review of Corrective Actions

Corrective action is requested for nonconformities found as a result of the audit, and the results of corrective actions are judged through written or on-site verification depending on the severity of the nonconformity.

8. Deliberation of Certification Registration

The certification committee will evaluate the adequacy of all audit performance and decide whether to register for certification.

9. Issuance of Certificate

When the deliberation for certification registration is completed, a certificate will be issued.

10. Surveillance Assessment

After the certification is approved, surveillance assessments will be performed every 6 or 12 months. The third-year assessment will be performed as a renewal audit, which will be similar to the initial audit.
