HSA (Health Science Authority) is the national authority regulating health products under the Ministry of Health of the Government of Singapore. Cosmetics, medical pharmaceutical and etc. must be registered in HSA to export to Singapore
Following Singapore Health Products Acts for the cosmetics definition, the products except the classified as cosmetic products must be permitted by Singapore cosmetics department.
Products are registered based on this regulation by PRISM, e-registration of HSA.
